We pay mileage at the maximum of 45p per mile.

If you have experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Home Care Assistant or Care Home Worker we want to hear from you. If you do not have any care experience, we still want to hear from you as all applicants receive fully paid induction and training.

As a community care worker, every day is different! You will be visiting older adults in their own homes, helping them with everyday tasks, so they can continue to live in the environment which they love most and for as long as possible. Duties can include but are not limited to:

Providing companionship
Light household tasks
Personal care for some clients
Preparing meals
Collecting shopping or prescriptions
Assisted trips out of the house with some clients

Locations - Our fantastic carers provide home visits in the community to older adults in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Gerrards Cross, and surrounding areas.

What makes us different?

You will see regular clients at regular times and work locally – so no long commutes.
We also offer the opportunity to extend your learning with a level 3 or level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
