Care/Support Worker

We require Care/Support worked to supply Domiciliary (Home) care to our client in the Lancashire area.

As a Care/Support worker, you will become an integral part of our service users lives. You will support them to maintain their independence and promote their dignity by working in a person-centred way.

You may provide the following support on a daily basis:

Preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals for service users and ensure their hydration needs are met
Supporting service users with their medication
Complete shopping or daily errands for service users
Support service users to wash and dress, ensuring personal hygiene
Support service users to maintain mobility
Support service users to attend appointments
Support service users to live a fulfilled life by supporting them to access the community and tae part in activities that they enjoy
Communicate with other professionals and ensure the care around the service user is joined up and effective

We are looking for support workers who are friendly, have a positive outlook and who are passionate about providing only the highest quality of care.

Having a valid Driving licence is not required but this has enhanced benefits for those who have one.
