We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a friendly team, supporting and achieving positive outcomes for children with a range of learning disabilities and associated needs.

As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising staff, leading by example, promoting positive interaction with young people and supporting the development needs of your team.

Applicants should have proven experience in supervision in a childrens care environment (care home or residential setting) and with challenging behaviour. You should be resilient and able to put the needs and safety of the children foremost.

Applicants must have a Level 3 Qualification in Care, Children & Young People or equivalent, or be working towards it.
