Hi, I am Becky!

I live in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, and I am on the lookout for a wonderful Female Support Worker to join my team. This year, I want to focus on fun, laughter, and new adventures, and I would love for you to be part of it.

I live in a cozy 2-bedroom home, where there is a room for staff during sleep-in shifts. While I am quite independent, I would like some help with keeping my home running smoothly, like cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and organising my medication. I also need someone who is forward-thinking and organised to help me plan activities that are important to me.

I love being part of my community and often take short breaks to places like Center Parcs. I am a huge fan of ABBA (seriously, who is not?) and all things Disney. Even if those are not your favourite, it is okay—what matters is your enthusiasm in supporting me to enjoy them. Who knows, you might even become an ABBA fan yourself!

I am looking for someone kind, caring, thoughtful, and warm, with excellent communication skills. You do not need previous experience—Dimensions will provide all the training you need and plenty of opportunities to gain experience.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts that include earlies (8am-3pm), lates (3pm-10pm), long days (8am-10pm), and sleep-ins. You will need a full UK driving license and your own car to help me get out. The pay is £12.00 per hour, and there are plenty of rewards; a free DBS check, discounts on shopping with the Blue Light Card, and a generous holiday allowance that grows over time.

If you think we would be a great match, apply today. Let us make 2025 a year to remember!
