We are currently looking for a team of Home Care Assistants to work with our client in the Great Yarmouth & Waveney area, both full time and part time temporary roles available. You MUST have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for this role. 

 

Our client train all their staff to the highest standards and support them fully in their careers in the care sector. They provide regular supervisions and ongoing training and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications.

Job Description

? Engage with clients, their families and carers in the planning, delivery and development of person centred care.

? Checks of clients hoist, slings and any other equipment used as per care plan

? Maintain relevant records and reports accurately

? Respect and maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with client policy and procedures.

? Inform the team of any changes as soon as they occur.

? Monthly meetings with care manager

? Immediately report to the care manager any shortcomings in health and safety procedures and practices

? Report any accidents or dangerous incidents to the care manager as soon as possible and submit a completed accident/incident form

? Act In A Supportive, Informative And Sensitive Manner Towards Clients, Families And Carers At All Times

? Comply With All Policies, Procedures And Practices And Keep Up To Date With Any Changes To These

? Establish And Maintain Effective Working Relationships

? Perform Other Related Duties As Required
