What’s on offer:
- £30,000-£33,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits across all three domiciliary care branches, including MAR audits, care plan reviews and spot checks.
- Lead on complaints and incident investigations, ensuring clear learning outcomes and service improvements.

- Produce governance reports and dashboards to support senior leadership decision making.
- Support CQC readiness, ensuring evidence is collated, standards are met and each location is inspection ready.
- Work collaboratively with Care Managers and wider teams to embed best practice in domiciliary care delivery.
Quality Lead Requirements:
- Experience built within a similar position within domiciliary care.
- Confident in completing root cause analysis and leading investigations.
- Skilled in quality improvement and data analysis.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
