We are looking for a Registered Home Manager for one of our residential services, The Sycamores in South Normanton, Derbyshire.

The Sycamores is a 9 bedded community rehabilitation (level 1) residential service for men that have been able to progress through the hospital pathway at rehabilitation and recovery hospitals.

Your Day-to-Day…
- Provide strong & effective leadership
- Be responsible for the overall running & strategic direction of the service
- Ensure full compliance with Cygnet policies & procedures, CQC & other relevant regulators
- Deliver a high-quality service, in respect of both resident care & employee engagement
- Ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory & service development targets are met
- Implement risk assessment, risk management & embed clinical governance
- Lead on appropriate investigations as required
- Review & develop potential opportunities for improved quality & commercial growth.

- You will be registered with the CQC

You are…
- Experienced in managing & leading a team in a Social Care setting
- A role model & team player who can lead by example, inspire & develop others
- Capable of managing performance effectively & using your own initiative
- Experienced in working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation &amp; professional regulations< br />- Able to undertake investigations &amp; to manage complaints confidently &amp; appropriately.
