Support Worker

Green Light supports people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. In addition, they have experience of supporting people with Down’s Syndrome and Prader Willi Syndrome who needed a similarly structured approach.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Truro area and able to commute.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of individuals with complex needs
Previous experience (Desirable but not essential)
