Female Support Worker - Full timerole (37.5hrs)

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a caring, thoughtful and inspiring person to join an established team in Bursledon supporting a lady in her 70's.
Do you enjoy doing arts and crafts? Do you like going to the theatre and cinema? This could be the opportunity for you. She would like someone to support her with the activities she loves most, whilst supporting / prompting with personal care, some mobility support and encouragement to manage her day to day living. Experience of identifying triggers of behaviours of distress, would be advantageous.
Shift pattern:
Long days, with sleeps, 7:30am - 10:30pm
Shorter shifts - 7:30am - 5:30pm and 1:30pm - 8:30pm
