This role is to support a 17 year old teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home, in the evenings / overnight.

This role is to support a 15 year old teenage boy with complex health needs in his family home and out in the community at the weekends. This will involve supporting him with medication, personal care, managing challenging behaviour.

This role is to support a child with complex health needs in his family home, where he lives with their mum and 2 dogs. Our client is a wheelchair user and requires hoisting, needs support with personal care and is PEG fed.

This role is to support a 5 year old little girl who has learning disabilities and epilepsy in her family home overnight. This will involve staying awake for the full duration of the 12 hour night shift (8pm-8am).
