Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard and Support People at Night:
Remain awake and alert throughout the night shift, ensuring the safety and well-being of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Maintain a Safe and Calm Environment:
Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and peaceful to support uninterrupted rest for the people we support.
Carry Out Night Duties and Record-Keeping:
Complete cleaning tasks, health and safety checks, and accurately document care using digital systems such as Nourish.
Communicate and Report Effectively:
Work as part of a team, attend handovers, and report any concerns or incidents to the Senior Support Worker or Team Leader promptly.
