Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Night-Time Safety and Support
Remain awake and alert throughout the shift to provide consistent supervision and respond promptly to the needs of people, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Conduct Health, Safety, and Welfare Checks
Carry out all required night-time checks, complete records accurately on the Nourish system, and ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment.
Follow Safeguarding and Confidentiality Procedures
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and report any safeguarding concerns or potential risks to senior staff promptly.
Contribute to Domestic Tasks and Record-Keeping
Undertake light cleaning, laundry, and kitchen duties as per the night cleaning rota, and ensure accurate documentation of care activities and observations.
