Care Assistant

Do you want to have a positive impact on people's lives and the communities they live in? We are seeking full and part-time Care Assistants (community-based) across the North Tyneside area to provide care and support to people within the local area.

Position: Care Assistant
Location: North Tyneside, Cullercoats, North Shields, Monkseaton, Shiremoor, Whitley Bay & Wallsend.
Job type: Permanent, working hours will be aligned with shift patterns - Early Shifts 7:00am - 3:00pm or Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
Salary: £12.00 p/hr (drivers) or £11.50 p/hr (walkers)

Mileage - 45p per mile drivers or & 20p per mile (cyclists). PLUS bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

About You:

No experience necessary!

We are looking for people with the right values so you may have no direct experience. You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant; are you punctual, organised, strong and effective communication.

For this role you do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant. You will be provided with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant!
