Your Role as a Care Supervisor As a Care Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth communication between the care team, management, and our valued clients. You will bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to this fast-paced role, ensuring our team provides the best care possible.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Supporting and mentoring caregivers in their roles

· Assisting with onboarding new caregivers and introducing them to clients

· Updating client care plans, risk assessments, and daily routines

· Conducting care plan and risk assessment reviews to maintain compliance

· Ensuring our business meets high standards in CQC inspections

· Monitoring client satisfaction and responding to queries

· Delivering care calls only when necessary and participating in the on-call (additional pay) rota

· Helping to improve processes to enhance service delivery

· Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families to provide outstanding personalised care

· Meeting the training needs of all staff, from inductions to ongoing development

· Assessing the competency of care assistants completing their Care Certificate

What We’re Looking For

· A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle

· A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in health and social care

· Experience as a senior care assistant, Care Team Leader, or Care Supervisor (desirable)

· Familiarity with digital care records

· A relevant qualification (e.g. Health and Social Care NVQ or Care Certificate)

· Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills

· A self-motivated and flexible individual who is willing to participate in on-call duties

· Someone who can build professional relationships and handle multiple workloads
