What We Offer

• Pay: £12.72 – £13.57 per hour
• Fully paid training (classroom, online, and shadowing)
• Flexible shifts: mornings, evenings & weekends

• Career progression: Carer → Senior Carer → Team Leader

Your Daily Duties

• Provide respectful personal care
• Assist with meals, medication & light household tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help clients stay safe, independent & confident
• Communicate clearly with clients, families & colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient & dependable attitude
• Experience in care is preferred but not required
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Driving licence & car: optional
• Availability: mornings, evenings & alternate weekends
