Responsibilities
Assisting the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home(s).
Providing leadership and support to the care team.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
Helping to maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Skills/Experience
Experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
