Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager will support the Service Manager in leading and managing our three supported accommodation homes according to the ethos and approach of the organisation.

• Engaging with and delivering key work to young people
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the homes
• Providing supervision and support to Support Workers to develop their skills and competency to meet each young persons needs.
• Keeping information systems and records up to date
• Completing written reports, health and safety checks and risk assessments
• Implementing and reviewing of support plans for Young People.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Work with multi agency partners and ensure the team work professionally with all key stakeholders.
• Support the Service Manager to manage and maintain the standards of the homes and deputise whenever needed
