The Deputy Manager will support the Service Manager in leading and managing our three supported accommodation homes according to the ethos and approach of the organisation.
Engaging with and delivering key work to young people
Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the homes
Providing supervision and support to Support Workers to develop their skills and competency to meet each young persons needs.
Keeping information systems and records up to date
Completing written reports, health and safety checks and risk assessments
Implementing and reviewing of support plans for Young People.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Work with multi agency partners and ensure the team work professionally with all key stakeholders.
Support the Service Manager to manage and maintain the standards of the homes and deputise whenever needed
