We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in providing dedicated support for a lady based in Ely, Cambridgeshire enabling her to live independently and offering opportunities for her to experience.

She will require support with daily activities including household chores, personal care and medication administration. It is important to have the ability to follow established plans and routines accurately.

We are looking for someone who has a fun for life as she has a love of Disney characters and films, train journeys, and seeing her friends and family. She loves chatting about things that interest her and is a very good teacher of sign language.

This role is ideal for someone who loves staying active, as this lady loves walking exploring the local area and attending the town market

The ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, be a reliable team player, a commitment to promoting independence and respect. Being kind, patience and have a positive attitude

Previous experience in learning disability support or similar role is required

Driving is not essential for this role but it is preferred

Sleep in shifts are essential for this role.

Salary: £26,989.14 per annum (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)

This role requires working during day, evenings and weekends so flexibility is essential.
