About Dimensions
At Dimensions, you’ll find more than a job, you’ll find purpose, belonging, and the support to thrive. Guided by our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership, and Respect, we create a workplace where your voice matters and your wellbeing is prioritised. Recognised as a Great Place to Work for seven years running, we’ll give you the tools, training, and encouragement to make a real difference every day.
About the role
We’re looking for a female Support Worker to join our team in Garboldisham, on the Norfolk and Suffolk border. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, paying £12.43 per hour. A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential.
You’ll support a sociable woman in her 30s who loves laughter, family time, and making the most of life. Her favourite hobbies include cooking and baking (especially chocolate treats!), crafting, swimming, bowling, and listening to Heart FM. She enjoys socialising, so active listening and empathy will help you connect. You’ll provide personal care, support with meals and medication, and help her enjoy her hobbies and community life. Patience and clear communication are key, she understands everything you say and values kindness and respect above all.
About you
You’re caring, fun, and ready to help someone live their best life. You’ll bring energy, patience, and a positive attitude, with the ability to explain things clearly and repeat when needed. A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential. If you’re reliable and love making everyday matter, we’d love to hear from you.
