Waking Nights Support Worker – New Southgate, North London - £12.64 p/h

Dimensions are looking for caring Waking Night Support Workers inNew Southgate, London to support 4 individuals with learning disabilities throughout the night at a supported living home. The role will include ensuring that the appropriate support provided is in line with their support plans, whilst also carrying out several key allocated support tasks.

Shift Pattern would be between the hours 21:15 – 07:15.

The role will involve:

  • Checking the people, we support at regular intervals to ensure they are safe and comfortable.
  • Provide personal care when required.
  • Conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry.
  • You will keep written records, using IT systems to record daily notes, and be confident using our systems to record incidents.
  • Ensure the premises is secure and safe during the night.
