Field Care Supervisor

The Care Collection is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to join our award winning team.

Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible working required with occasional 7am starts)

Rate of pay: £12.64 per hour

Please note: We do not offer sponsorship, we don't have a licence.

The Care Collection provides Home Care to individuals of all ages. Our services include companionship, domestic support, personal care through to more complex care, with minimum 1-hour calls.

Role responsibility

You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to Clients and the Care team in Kirklees and surrounding areas.

Tasks will include:

Support and manage our Care Team, including practical training and mentoring
Support our Clients, including regularly assessing their needs
Perform direct observations and competency checks
Auditing records
Maintain close liaison with the Office team
Act as a link between our Care Team and Clients, and the Office team
Oversee care quality control and compliance
Monitor and supervise the care service to ensure it is of the highest quality
Cover care calls as and when required
Support the service on-call

What we look for

It’s important to us that our Field Care Supervisors have the following qualities

NVQ Level 3 or above (or working towards)
Knowledge and experience of CQC and compliance
Genuine passion for high quality home care
Self-motivated, well-organised & reliable
Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
Good communicator
Driving license and access to own vehicle
