Home Care Assistant – Temporary (Potential to Go Permanent) – Crawley, West Sussex

Hourly Rate: £13.50 weekdays | £20.00 bank holidays
Contract Type: Temporary (with the potential to go permanent – not guaranteed)
Hours: Around 20 hours per week (overtime available)
Shift Patterns: Between 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, including alternate weekends
Location: Crawley, West Sussex

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our care team, you’ll:

Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
Assist with medication administration (training provided).
Support mobility and use equipment safely where needed.
Promote clients’ well-being and independence.
Keep accurate care records and communicate effectively with your team.
Work flexibly across a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

About You

We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals who are:

Excellent communicators with a positive attitude.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Experience in care is helpful but not essential; full training is provided.
