Key Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centered care with dignity and professionalism

• Supporting with all aspects of personal care, including hygiene, mobility, and dressing

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals, managing nutrition, and assisting with medication

• Carrying out light household duties such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning

• Supporting with mobility equipment and safe manual handling

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with company policies

• Respecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times

• Attending induction and refresher training as required
