Location: Shropshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £46,027.29 per year + exceptional benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Dimensions is expanding into new support settings across Shropshire, and we’re looking for a proactive and confident Locality Manager to help shape and lead these services from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact as part of a growing team, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

This is a remote role requiring regular travel across Shropshire. You’ll work Monday to Friday (office hours), with flexibility to provide additional support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in care and service management. You’ll need:

  • A solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and behaviours of distress
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary and safeguarding meetings
  • Proven ability to manage supported living services and maintain compliance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location
  • Commitment to completing management development training (if not already achieved)
  • Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel regularly
