About Dimensions

At Dimensions, every day is a chance to make a real difference. Guided by courage and ambition, we promise you purpose in your work, pride in your impact, and support to grow. Together, we’ll create lives filled with joy, independence, and unforgettable experiences. Because when every day matters, the work we do truly changes lives.

About the role

  • Part-Time Male Support Worker
  • 25 hours per week.
  • North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6
  • Full UK driving licence essential (Must be able to drive an automatic car)

We’re looking for a Male Support Worker to join a supported living home in North Hykeham, where four men aged between their 30s and mid-60s share a home filled with humour and laughter.

The gentlemen you’ll support enjoy an active lifestyle, including cinema trips, football clubs, discos, gardening, and swimming. One person swims twice a week, so you’ll need to be confident in the water and happy to get involved. You’ll also support them to attend appointments and social events, often driving their automatic vehicles to help them enjoy the things they love.

This is supported living, meaning every day you’ll be empowering people to live life on their terms. You’ll support with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, mobility, and building independence.

Shift pattern: Rolling rota including 7am–10pm shifts and regular sleep-ins (usually once per week). Weekend working typically every other weekend. Your rota is provided in advance to support work-life balance.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Assertive, upbeat, and fully present.
  • A great communicator who builds rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable with humour — laughter is a big part of daily life in this home.
  • Confident in the water (supporting weekly swims).
  • Able to drive an automatic car (essential).

Experience isn’t essential, what matters is the right values, attitude, and willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
