Outreach Support Practitioner

Looking for a rewarding career in Social Care?  Sense Scotland is recruiting now for Support Practitioners for our Outreach Service based in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow offering between 18 and 30 hours per week. 

Join Sense Scotland and make a real difference. We support individuals with additional needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our Outreach service provides tailored support in the community, helping with daily tasks, appointments, and social activities.

Our service operates 7 days a week, offering flexible working hours between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Many of the services start at the individuals homes which span across the Great Glasgow Area.

What you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and administer medication
• Promote independence through personalised Support Plans
• Keep accurate records of support and progress
• Work collaboratively with families and colleagues

• Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude
