As our Quality Auditor at Choice Support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our services and systems perform at their very best. With a blend of audit inspections, hands-on support for regulatory preparation, and clear, concise reporting, this role is your opportunity to drive meaningful change every day.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out internal audit inspections to ensure services meet key performance indicators.

· Assist registered managers in preparing and responding to external regulatory inspections.

· Provide targeted support on quality-related issues and deliver relevant training sessions.

· Produce timely, detailed reports post-audit to keep managers informed.

· Serve as a trusted resource offering advice and support to operational managers.

· Participate in regular supervision and engage in ongoing training, all while upholding Health and Safety standards and internal policies.

Location: This is a home-based role supporting services in Kent and Southeast London, with occasional travel to other parts of the country. Given the location of many of our services, we are seeking candidates who live in or near the Kent or Southeast London area.

Hours: This is a full-time, fixed-term position (37.5 hours per week) running until 31 March 2026.

About You: You bring at least two years of management experience at an assistant team leader level or above, specifically within environments supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health. You are a clear communicator, both written and verbal, skilled in preparing accurate reports, and adept at managing a busy workload with a friendly, approachable manner.

Requirements

· Excellent IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Familiarity with CQC Regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

· Reliable transport (a vehicle) to travel across Kent and Southeast London.
