£12.86 - £13.08 per hour weekdays
Enhanced pay for weekends
Full-time, part-time, weekends available
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Travel time between clients paid
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes required
£1000 welcome bonus - Full amount paid after successful completion of probation

About the role:
Each day as a Reablement Assistant different. You will be supporting people within their own homes in rebuilding their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals.
About you
Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or, in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
