The individuals may at times present with severely challenging behaviours. You will also be responsible for another 2 bed residential service which is 1.8 miles from St Michaels and this site provides support to 2 males who are Autistic and /or have Learning Disabilities.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.
