Hours:37.5 per week
Pay: Starting at 30k rising to 32k on completion of CQC registration, successful probation and working towards QCF level 5 if not already holding.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Quality & Compliance – Ensure high-quality, person-centred care by overseeing compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and internal standards.
Staff Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and support staff to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce while promoting continuous professional development.
Operational & Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and financial administration to ensure the efficient use of resources.
Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external agencies to enhance service delivery and secure funding.
About You:
Experience - Prior experience as Registered Manager Preferably within Learning Disabilities, (Preferred).
Compassionate & Person-Centred – Demonstrates empathy and a commitment to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills – Capable of managing teams effectively while ensuring compliance with care standards.
Resilient & Adaptable – Able to handle challenges and adapt to changes in a fast-paced care environment.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration – Skilled in engaging with staff, people we support, and external partners to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
Knowledge - Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
Qualification - QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
