Residential Support Worker (Children)

Hours vary and are a mix od earlies and lates with some sleeps.

This is a Childrens Residential Support Worker positon and as such you will need experience of supporting Children with learning disabilities!  We specifically want to see applications from people who have worked in an Ofsted regulated residential environment.

As a Support Worker, you will safeguard the residents, maintain confidentiality at all times and promote independence and choice.

You must be able to communicate effectively across teams, completing detailed handovers, as well as with the young people themselves, adopting their preferred communication styles.

The role will include, undertaking regular checks throughout the night and completing paperwork to a high standard as well as delivering personal care.

*This is a temp to perm role, working for 12 weeks through agency before going onto a permanent contract.
