Working alongside our existing Resourcing Coordinators and reporting to the Senior Internal Resourcing Consultant; you will provide dedicated support to a member of the Internal Resourcing Consultant Team enabling them to provide a professional, consultative, and pro-active recruitment service to hiring managers and candidates.
By providing high quality administration, support and accurate reporting, you will be adding to the Resourcing Departments mission to provide the organisation with a, strategic, credible, best practice resourcing service. Working in partnership with business areas, to support Dimensions’ brand and values, the Resourcing Department places Dimensions as an employer of choice. This is a home-based, part-time role working 18.75 hours per week. We are happy to consider your requirements when setting the work pattern for this role.
The full-time salary is £27,429.78 pro-rata salary of £13,714.89 for 18.75 hours.
There will be some travel required for team meetings. Dimensions is a nationwide employer and may have regional offices you can choose to work in from time-to-time (area dependent).

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for the team, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process to both external candidates and internal stakeholders in a customer-focused manner.
- Answer inbound phone calls, document these on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruitive, and forward them to the relevant IRC team member if required.
- Manage the team email inboxes, upload documents to the ATS, resolve queries, and distribute emails to the team.
- Support IRCs by monitoring application levels, screening applications, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, chasing interview outcomes from hiring managers, and updating the ATS.
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Support IRCs with the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, as required.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and other recruitment databases, in line with organisational changes, such as adding new users, locations, and closing old jobs as appropriate.
- Ensure current and valid consent is in place for any personal information contained within adverts or resourcing materials, such as photos and videos, keeping the tracker up-to-date and informing relevant IRCs when consent expires.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrate previous experience within a HR, recruitment or similar environment.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level or equivalent
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines.
- Possess strong IT skills with a focus on the Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation, at all levels.
