Seeking a Responsible Individual/Operations manager to manage 2 OFSTED Registered Learning Disability home based in London.

Salary : £60k

Hours: 40/week

Role

Comply with Safeguarding Children policy and procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture
Comply with the Health and Safety policy and procedures at all times
Ensure that all homes meet the mandated training and Health and Safety compliance targets
Ensure full compliance in respect of all relevant legislation and regulation
Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures at all times
Promote and ensure the good reputation of the organisation at all times
Always act in a professional manner, operating with integrity, respecting individuals and maintaining confidentiality
Promote strong personalisation/individual care & support, striving to achieve the highest standards of personalise support
Register with Ofsted as Responsible Individual for designated children’s homes, ensuring full regulatory / legislative compliance
Provide effective leadership; responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all designated children’s homes
Working in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team on new business/development projects
Responsible for Delivering agreed levels of “EBITDA”, return on investment and cash-management targets in line with the annual budget, by effectively and efficiently managing resources, and aiming to improve the quality of earnings – optimising profitability and managing costs effectively

Requirements

Formal sector related qualification, ideally at level 5/7 (desirable) or willingness to work towards
Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation relating to residential children’s homes (Essential)
Experience in working in relevant health and social care setting (essential)
