Senior Residential Childcare Workers

Nr Anstruther, Fife

Hours: 38.5 pw

Salary: £32,101 - £36,921 per year (this includes minimal sleepover pay, with the potential for an additional £1,650 and overtime at £17.00)

What you'll do:

Create a real sense of belonging, encouraging children and colleagues alike to feel safe, supported and nurtured.
Lead and mentor your team to deliver trauma-informed care, ensuring our young people feel loved, respected and empowered.
Take ownership of day-to-day care delivery and ensure high standards through adherence to our values and policies.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years' experience in a residential care setting (young people or adults)
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations
A full driving licence
A relevant care qualification (HNC, SCQF 7/SVQ 3), or the willingness to gain this
