Senior Support Worker - Dorchester

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join us in delivering our vision:

Pioneering support in an accessible, inclusive community.

• Role: Senior Support Worker
• Location: Dorchester
• Contract: Part time – 22.5 hours per week
• Salary: £12.79 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in our respite setting.
• Lead and support a team of care workers to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Develop individualized care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
• Support individuals in their day-to-day activities, promoting independence and well-being.

About You:

• Experienced in support or care work, ideally within respite or residential settings.
• Able to lead, motivate, and guide a team to meet high standards of care.
• Excellent communicator with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
