Pay: Days: starting at £13.04 and increasing to £13.48 after passing probation

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in our respite setting. 

Lead and support a team of care workers to ensure excellent service delivery. 

Develop individualized care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively. 

Support individuals in their day-to-day activities, promoting independence and well-being. 

About You: 

Experienced in support or care work, ideally within respite or residential settings. 

Able to lead, motivate, and guide a team to meet high standards of care. 

Excellent communicator with strong empathy and problem-solving skills. 

Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
