Real Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to provide home care in Hertford, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and surrounding villages.

What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work:30 Hours Per Week - Hours available between 07:00 - 22:00
 

The main duties of this position:

• Traveling to visit people in their own homes
• Helping with medication
• Personal care
• Oral Care and grooming
• Food preparation and cooking
• Domestic duties
• Laundry duties
• Accessing the community

• Experienced Home Care Practitioner
• Happy to travel around the various areas we serve, including Hertford, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and surrounding villages.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence and own a car with business insurance
• Empathic and professional
• Punctual
• Knowledge of food hygiene preparation
• Willingness to learn
