What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:0 Hour Contract (up to 30 Hours per week) - Hours between 06:30 - 21:00
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) while ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Help with household tasks (meal preparation, cleaning).
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with medication management.
- Monitor client well-being.
- Document care activities.
