We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Encouraging participation in different hobbies such as swimming, bowling, musicals, and arts and crafts.
  • Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and building independence.
  • Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Providing companionship and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind-hearted and patient personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with individuals who need full support.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
