We are recruiting a Support Worker for a location in central Taunton to provide creative, person-centred support to 7 individuals with a variety of complex support needs within a supportive team.
As a Support Worker you will:
- Empower individuals to live fulfilled lives
- Provide assistance with daily activities, such as personal care, cooking and cleaning
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to overcome barriers and achieve their goals
- Work dynamically with a team in order to achieve and deliver person centred care
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people you are supporting
- Be provided with extensive training to ensure you are able to fulfil your role as safely and positively as possible
What we are looking for:
- Individuals that think creatively, are passionate, dedicated and looking for more than just a job
- Committed staff members that are flexible, invested and care about the people they are supporting
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, across a seven day calendar, within a range of time frames
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs is desired, but not essential
A full UK Driving License is required for this role.
