We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our well established team within a 24/7 supported living service in Crawley (with good public transport links).
This role will include sleep ins, and weekends alongside shift work, it will also include periods of lone working, so you will need to be confident in planning ahead, there is remote management support and as part of a team we offer regular support. Join our team of support workers assisting five people with a learning disability to live independently in their shared house.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to who are willing to share in the fun alongside the daily tasks of living, supporting to appointments, keeping people in touch with family and friends and planning for events, holidays and short breaks.
We follow an active approach to supporting people to help people achieve their personal goals, aspirations and there will be a requirement to support people with personal care.
Shift patterns: 2pm – 9.15pm - sleep in - 7.15am – 2pm (£50 per sleep in payment)
