Pay £12ph

We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Sheffield S12 to support a gentleman in his own supported living home. He has a great personality, great smile, likes friendly faces and thoroughly enjoys journeys into the community and enjoys sensory activities

The support we provide is person centred and due to changes in his health and ability's the support provided will be changing and developing as he does.

You will be working as part of a team to enable him to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life

The Role will involve

• Assisting with personal care
• Support with moving and positioning, along with hoisting
• Assisting with medication, eating and drinking
• Supporting with some delegated nursing tasks, catheter care
