Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Worcester!
Location: Worcester, WR4 (Just a 6 min drive from Worcester Shrub Hill train station)
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Hours: 25 hours contract
Requirements: Full Manual UK Driving Licence
We have a wonderful opportunity for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers to join our team in Worcester!
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be supporting one gentleman and four ladies in their shared home. They range in age from 43-75 and have learning disabilities, autism, and some mental health needs. Our lovely residents have varied interests which include their love for music, going to the disco, visiting Butlins for 80's weekend, taking long walks outdoors, reading magazines, and doing arts and crafts. They also love getting out in their local community and going out for a nice meal.
What Will You Be Doing?
Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:
- Medication Administration: Ensuring residents receive their medication as prescribed.
- Personal Care: Providing full personal care to help residents maintain their hygiene and well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and supporting residents with their dietary needs.
- Daily Living: Helping residents live their lives the way they choose to.
- Additional Training: Provided for support with epilepsy and stoma bag care.
Shift Patterns:
- Days: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Days: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
