Support Worker

Join our caring and supportive team of support workers in Cardiff!

• Full-time and part time available
• Early shifts, Long days and sleep-ins shifts
• Full UK manual drivers license required
• Full funded training and mentoring

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support two ladies and one gentleman, aged between 30s and 50s, who are passionate about making a positive impact and enjoy helping others achieve their best outcomes.
You'll engage in activities such a playing bingo, attending walking group, swimming, and gym sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide full personal care support
• Administer medication?
• Update support plans using IT
• Promote independents

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Patience and empathy|
• Inclusivity and respect of others
• Adaptable and resilience
• Ability to work well in a team (3 staff member on duty at one time)
