Support Worker – Gosport (Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities) in Gosport (PO12)

Are you someone who shares our values and wants to help others live a full and independent life? The Dimensions team supports two wonderful ladies with learning and physical disabilities who live in their own shared home in the Gosport area. We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our dedicated support team.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a flexible and friendly team, working on a rota to provide one-to-one support throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with intimate personal care and medication administration

• Encouraging and enabling independence

• Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, managing finances, and attending appointments

• Supporting participation in community activities like clubs, arts and crafts, music sessions, and social visits with friends and family

Shifts & Hours:We have part-time and full-time positions available (22.5 - 37.5 hours per week), with shift times between: 07:00–14:30 /14:30–21:00 and 1 waking night available
