Support Worker

Support Worker – £12.31 per hour

Location: Redcar, TS10
FULL UK Driving License required, ideally with access to own car
Flexible working across two locations

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently? We are looking for a Support Worker to assist five individuals within there own supported living homes, helping them with all aspects of daily life.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living tasks
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Encourage independence and engagement in activities
• Support one gentleman to attend Middlesbrough home games (football fans welcome!)
• Get involved in arts, crafts, and social activities
• Provide varying levels of personal care

Shift Patterns:

Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00 (includes sleepover) & 07:00 – 09:00
Wednesday: 12:30 – 18:00
All other days: 15:00 – 19:00
Flexibility required to cover appointments and additional support needs

Requirements:

• A caring and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts across two locations
• A driver with access to a car is preferred
