Location: Peasedown St John, Bath (Just a 2min Walk from the Meeting Place Coffee Shop in Bath)
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts: Day shifts with 1–2 sleep-ins per week
Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Essential – you’ll be driving mobility vehicles)

Who Will You Be Supporting?You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team in Peasedown St John, where you’ll be supporting six gentlemen under 30 and one lady in her 60s, all with learning disabilities and autism. Each person is unique, with their own interests, routines, and goals—and your role will be to help them live the lives they choose.
What Will You Be Doing?As a Support Worker, you’ll be:
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging people to make choices and try new things.
- Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, medication, and mobility needs.
- Engaging in Activities: Supporting with walking, shopping, cooking, arts and crafts, visiting family and friends, and day trips.
- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing energy, empathy, and encouragement to every shift.
