Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Sheffield, S35 to support a young lady in her late 20s, who loves nothing more than keeping fit and active. She enjoys a range of activities from cooking, baking, arts and crafts, swimming, cycling, and going out for long walks to being a bit of an adrenalin junkie and loves a good theme park.
She is looking for very active people to join her team, so if you are very much into health, fitness and all types of physical activities this could be the ideal role for you
This lady has SCIP intervention requirements as displays behaviours of distress.
The Role
- Supporting with day to day activities on either a 1-1 or 2-1 basis
- Supporting and managing with her emotional and behaviour distresses
- Taking her out into the community and day centres
- Being heavily involved in physical activities, walking, swimming, cycling
- Promoting and encouraging independence
Shifts patterns are 7.30am – 7.30pm on either a full time or part time basis
