Dimensions is one of the country’s largest not-for-profit providers of support for people with learning disabilities and autism. We’re proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work.

About the role

We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic male Support Worker to join our team in Woodhall Spa, supporting two gentlemen with complex needs in their own home. This is a part-time role with a consistent 2-week rolling rota, including a sleep-in each week and every other weekend.

The people you’ll support enjoy getting out and about whether it’s going for a drive, walking in nature, eating out, or heading off on holiday. You’ll be part of a close team, supporting them to live life to the fullest.

Your responsibilities will include administering medication, cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping, and supporting them to attend appointments and social events. You’ll also play a key role in helping them maintain routines and build skills and independence.

To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you hold a full UK manual driving licence, as driving is a regular part of the support provided.

About you

You don’t need previous experience, just the right values and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your ability to support people, work in a person-centred way, and bring ambition, respect, integrity, partnership, and courage to everything you do.

Why Dimensions?

We’re a values-based employer, committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect. When you join us, you’ll receive:

  • A thorough induction and training programme, including the Care Certificate.
  • Access to our award-winning Aspire career development programme.
  • A salary advance scheme (up to 50% before payday).
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support.
  • Discounts and cashback through Rewarding Dimensions.
  • Recognition through our Inspiring People awards.
  • Opportunities for flexible working and long service bonuses.
