Job Description:
At Knighton Care, we believe everyone deserves to live life on their own terms. We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs live as independently as possible.
What you’ll do:
Support people with day-to-day tasks at home and in the community
Encourage independence, personal growth, and new experiences
Provide personal care with dignity and respect
Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing finances
Be a friendly, reliable presence in someone’s life
What we’re looking for:
A positive, caring attitude and good communication skills
Willingness to support others with empathy and respect
Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends
Team players who are also confident working independently
No experience needed – just the right values. Training is provided.
Desirable (but not essential): Driving licence, local knowledge, shared interests or hobbies
